Inground spa removal

Here is the start to current pics of the project in Alpine. They wanted to remove the inground spa that leaked. They were told it was bad and needed removed. I said let's do a hot tub that's portable partially in the ground. Here's what I have done so far. I came in 10k dollars less then all the other bids.
